One of a Kind Mixed Hardwood Earring

I started making earrings with wood from a bamboo cutting board and my mom’s old cedar hope chest from the 60’s. When I lived in California, I cut down a white oak tree. I used the heart on a construction job, installing one-inch pieces made from coconut shells and guitar picks. I thought they were very colorful, and a foldable trivet hot pad made from various repurposed hardwood pieces, all of which were used to make earrings. My earrings are all one-of-a-kind; you'd be owning a pair that no one else has.
